Return Policy

Below are two instances where a refund would be permitted:

- A customer receives the wrong items in an order. The refund will apply on the missing items.

- Upon delivery, a customer notices a broken item. Please send a picture of the broken item via email or direct message. The refund will be in the form of a store credit to the value of the item(s).

Other than the above (two instances), products purchased from our online store, or any of our stockists will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
